All professional magnet maker machines purchased directly from mnmagnets.ca are covered by our comprehensive 12-month limited warranty.

What is Covered

This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. Within the first 12 months of ownership M&N Magnets will protect your investment against mechanical failure or manufacturing flaws.

Our Commitment to Your Business

If your machine is found to be defective or ceases to function correctly due to a manufacturing issue we provide the following solutions:

  • Replacement Parts: We will ship necessary replacement parts at no cost to you to get your machine back in working order quickly.
  • Machine Exchange: In the event that a machine is determined to be completely faulty and cannot be repaired with replacement parts we will facilitate a full exchange for a new unit.

Warranty Exclusions
