We do not use standard paper for our products. Every custom fridge magnet is printed on professional photo paper with a high-gloss finish. This coating enhances the colours to make your blacks deeper and your brights more vibrant. Frequently Asked Questions – Square & Rectangle Photo Magnets

What is the difference between 2x2 and 2.5 inch magnets?

The 2x2 inch magnets are considered "mini" size. They are about the size of a standard matchbook and look great when you group 9 or 12 of them together. The 2.5 inch magnets are about 56% larger (closer to a coaster size) and are better if you want to see fine details in the photo.

Can I make vertical (portrait) rectangle magnets?

Yes. Our 3x2 inch rectangle magnets can be designed in either landscape (horizontal) or portrait (vertical) orientation. Our customization tool allows you to rotate your image to fit the magnet perfectly.

Will my photos be cropped?

If you choose a square magnet (2x2 or 2.5"), you will need to crop rectangular photos into a square. Our upload tool lets you adjust exactly which part of the photo you want to keep. For rectangle magnets (3x2), most standard phone photos fit with little to no cropping required.

Can I order a mix of sizes in one batch?

Yes you can. You can add a set of 2x2 magnets to your cart and then go back to design a set of 3x2 rectangle magnets. They will all be shipped together in the same package from our White Rock workshop to save on shipping.
